Book an appointment.

Appointment hours are

Monday 10am-6pm

Wednesday 10am-6pm

Thursday 10am-7pm

Friday 10am- 5pm

Please note that the majority of my business is based around a rotating 4 week schedule so there are times (such as most evenings) that are available only when someone who has committed to that time cancels. Afternoons between 12-3:30 are the most likely to become available. Utilizing the waitlist feature is a great way to let me know when you’re hoping to get in on a cancellation.

What’s the easiest way to make or change an appointment?

Send a text to 860-591-0044 !

The nature of running a solo practice means that I’m a tricky person to get ahold of with a phone call since when I’m in session I am unreachable. Text messages are perfect because I can typically answer between sessions during the day. You can also leave a message asking for a return call but it may take me a few days to return it.

If you’re having a conflict with your appointment time I can often ask another client to trade times with you preventing you from needing to cancel an appointment. As much notice as possible makes doing this much more likely.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of less than 48 hours you are still responsible for payment of your full session. Less than a full 48 hours is just not enough time to fill an appointment while also working on a full day of clients. Automatic text message reminders for appointments are sent 5 days prior for your convenience. In the event that you are unable to attend your appointment you are welcome to find someone else to fill the time to avoid any penalty. Clients will frequently send spouses or friends in the event they cannot make it to their appointments. You avoid a cancellation fee, your loved one gets an excellent massage without the wait, and I have a full book. Everyone is happy!

Increasing rates every 2-3 years maintains the sustainability of the business. The adjustments are made to reflect the experience and expertise consistently provided, as well as the continual increase of costs associated with doing business.
